Bras d’Eau National Park

Bras d'Eau National Park, Mauritius
📍 North-East🗓️ Year-round🎟️ Free

📍 Open in Google Maps

This lesser-visited national park protects one of the last remnants of lowland forest in the north-east.

Quiet walking trails wind past an old reservoir and the ruins of a former sugar estate chimney.

Birdwatchers come here for a chance to spot the Mauritius fody and paradise flycatcher.

Its calm, shaded paths make it a peaceful alternative to busier nature parks.
